Short Description
My name is Elli Freggidou and I am a Psychologist, graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (License No. 1034/04). After completing my basic studies, I continued my postgraduate specialization in "Master of Science" in Great Britain.
During my quest for methods of creative employment and human evolution, I "met" the Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Approach, in which I was trained for 4 years. The holistic-existential approach of Gestalt Psychotherapy enhances the person to explore and to accept oneself for what they really are and to live in a "here and now" that flows continuously.
In an attempt to investigate my knowledge for health, I conducted a second postgraduate program, entitled "Health Unit Management", at the Hellenic Open University. I maintain a private psychologist"s office since 2006.
I am a member of the Panhellenic Psychological Association (PHS) and I was elected representative of the Association in the Region of Central Macedonia.

2010-2016: Scientific Director of the Parents School of Kilkis Municipality & Holy Metropolis of Kilkis.
Rapporteur-trainer at the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EACEA).
Psychologist at the Development Advisory Team-Kilkis. Coloumnist in printed and electronic press (over 800 articles in Psychology).
